BackerKit surveys are coming!

We've been busy preparing the surveys for this campaign! Thank you for your patience ^^ It seems like having 40 characters available as pins was a lot more work than we thought..haha :D 

In about 1-2 days, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

• You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. 
• When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. 
• Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. 
• You can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
• If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://genshinchibis.backerkit.com/faq.

What comes next?

Hey everyone! Our campaign has ended, and we've received some questions from backers about what comes next! See below for Q&A.

Q: I missed the campaign! Can I still pledge?

A: We will update the main page with a link to the preorder store, where you can preorder the items from the Kickstarter. The preorders will not get the same bonus items as the campaign pledge, but they will be available for purchase!

Q: How do I add additional items to my pledge?

A: When surveys are sent out, it will include an option to purchase add-ons.

Q: Will the items be available in your store? 

A: After everything is shipped to backers, remaining pin quantities will be added to the store. If you did not pledge or make a preorder, then there are no guarantees you'll get the character of your choice!

Q: Will I receive tracking?

A: Tracking numbers will be sent via Backerkit once everything ships out. Please note that tracking does not always work outside of the USA, but it does not mean your package is lost!

Q: Will you make x character in the future?

A: We do plan to update the collection after a new set of characters are released, but they will not be one at a time (nor will they be part of another Kickstarter). Most likely, we will just add them to our online store in small batches.

Free Bonus Postcard

This Kickstarter is nearing the end, so we added one last bonus Lumine postcard for every pin pledge! Thank you everyone for all your love and support for this campaign, and hope we can get the final pins soon and begin shipping out to you guys asap! We couldn't have done it without you <3

They're not 100% there yet, but here's a sneak peek of (most of) the pins! This is a sample batch, and we've already sent in the revisions. Hoping to get all of them production ready soon! :D

All Stretch Goals Unlocked!

In less than 24 hours, we've hit all our stretch goals! TT oTT We're extremely shook, thank you for all your support!! <3

 Now, every single pin pledge will include 4 FREE BONUS STICKER SHEETS. Pin pledges of at least 3+ pins will include a FREE PAIMON MINI PIN. The Paimon pin is also now unlocked as a bonus add-on option.

As promised, we've added additional tiers:

x20 pins: The Hero's Journey

x40 pins: World of Genshin (1 of each character)

There will only  be 100 slots for the World of Genshin option because of the large discount and free shipping including international! Get them while you can :D
